Hello there and welcome to the King’s Church web site. I appreciate you taking the time to find out about us and hope you will find much to inform and inspire you as you browse these pages.

If you are a visitor to the area or live locally and are looking for a spiritual home you will not be disappointed. There is plenty of factual information here about the history, beliefs and structure of our church but I trust that you will capture the real heart of life at King’s as you read.

The King’s Church is primarily a family where caring, belonging, sharing and growing together are important practices. We are people of different ages and from different backgrounds who have encountered a new life through Jesus Christ and are learning to live out his timeless teachings in our modern world.

Someone once described us as ‘orthodox in teaching but contemporary in style’ and I guess that just about sums us up! We have a strong belief that the Bible is God’s Word and that it is true and authoritative – but we try to live it out in a way that is relevant for 21st century people. Consequently, our style is relaxed and informal, as well as being vibrant and alive.

We cater for all the family including special attention to toddlers, children and teenagers. Students have special groups and adults meet weekly for friendship, prayer and spiritual growth in our mid-week small home groups.

Most of all we love people - people like you! And we would love you to visit and share in what God has given to us. His free grace and wonderful promises are too good to keep to ourselves. Many have come over the years and found answers to their questions and fulfillment for their deepest needs.
