Tony Cauchi - Leading elder

Tony and his wife Elizabeth originally came to Bishop's Waltham to plant a church in 1987. He became a Christian in 1970 and has been serving the Lord ever since! Studying with the Elim Bible College and being awarded a Diploma in Theology from London University, Tony and Liz were initially involved with in missionary work abroad, followed by church planting in the North of England where Tony was also involved in teaching Christian doctrine at a training college for pastors. They moved to Southampton in 1985 before coming to Bishop's Waltham in 1987. They have two married children and five grandchildren. Tony also hosts the Revival Library and Smith Wigglesworth websites

Matt Small - Elder

Matt and his wife Ruth have been part of the Kings Church for over 10 years. Matt was brought up in a Christian family but in his teens decided to go his own way. In his mid twenties, whilst travelling in New Zealand, he encountered the life transforming power of Jesus, It was there that he felt called to the Kings Church in Bishops Waltham. Matt and Ruth, along with their two children seek to bring the good news to all people and see their community changed as a result.

Dan Vardy - Personal Assistant to the Eldership Team

Dan and his wife, Dawn have been part of King's Church for eleven years and they both became Christians through the church's ministry.   They were both involved in youth work for some years but currently Dan serves on the Pastoral Team and Dawn heads up the church's Worship ministry. They have two amazing children, Josh and Jessica, and have a vision to see the local community transformed and families made whole through the good news of Jesus.

Gary Pole, Management and Administration

Gary & his wife, Amanda, have lived in Bishop's Waltham in 1994. They have been active members of The Kings Church since 1996 soon after Gary came to know the Lord as his Saviour. Gary and Amanda have two children, who have both benefitted from growing up in the church. Gary and Amanda served as a cell/home group leaders for over 10 years. Whereas Amanda continues to serve in this role, Gary now serves the church as a trustee and administrator, for which his professional life has helped equip him. Gary's vision is to ensure that the appropriate infrastructure is established and maintained to enable the fulfilment of the church's spiritual vision and to satisfy the mandatory legal/duty of care requirements.

Martin Frost, Finance and Management

Martin is the Church Treasurer, looking after all things financial, and is also a Trustee of the church. He has been a Christian for 35 years and has served the Lord in numerous organisational and administrative roles in a number of churches ever since. Martin and Gillian have been members of the church since 2006, after Martin's job as a professional engineer required relocation to the area. They have two grown up children.

Rodney Martin, Management

Rodney Martin is a member of the church management team.  He and his wife Edna are founding members of King's Church, having moved to become part of the initial steering group that started the work in 1986.  They moved from Southampton on 1 May 1987 and still live in the same house in Waltham Chase.  Rodney is a church trustee as well as a home group leader and chief steward.  As well as fulfilling his role as a trustee, Rodney also has a responsiblitity as the data protection officer and the health and safety officer, on the church management team.  Rodney retired in April 2006 after a career in social work and, for the last 12 years of his working life, as an inspector of residential care and nursing homes for the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
