Church Life - Sundays

Our Sunday meeting is at 10.30am every Sunday at the King's Centre, High Street, Bishop's Waltham (see map below). The meetings normally last for 90 minutes and there are activities for children and young people from 0 to 12 years old.

What happens when you come to one of our services?

Welcome
You will be given a friendly welcome at the door and you can choose a seat wherever you want.

Worship
The service will begin with a time of worship led by a modern band when we will celebrate who God is and what He has done, through music and singing. Our services are very informal, so don't worry about when to stand up or sit down or what you should wear!

Children
Activities for children will be announced as they begin (usually about 30 minutes after the service has started). The younger children go to classes either on the ground floor or the top floor depending on their age. Children between 5 and 12 go to another church hall 2 minutes walk from the King's Centre and parents are asked to collect them after the meeting ends. Talk
After about 45 minutes there will be some notices given and then a relevant and inspirational talk from the Bible.

Refreshments
At the end of the service, for those who want, there is opportunity to receive prayer on request. Also refreshments are served on the ground floor (the Hospitality Lounge) where there are plenty of friendly people to talk to.

Parking
There is ample parking in the two main pay and display car parks around the town. On evenings and Sundays parking is free.
